Terms of Service & License
Last updated: October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Amit Keren, the operator of Heyola (“we”, “us”), based in Israel. By creating an account or using Heyola you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Heyola lets you connect Instagram Business or Creator accounts and Facebook Pages, set up keyword automations, and automatically send a direct message (and optionally a public reply) to people who comment those keywords on your posts.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and give us accurate sign-up details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. You may only connect Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Software license
While you follow these terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Heyola for your own business or creator activity. All rights not expressly granted stay with us. Heyola, its software, design and brand belong to Amit Keren.
You may not:
- copy, resell, rent, sublicense or share access to the service, except through features we offer;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code;
- use the service to send spam, scams, harassment, illegal content or misleading messages;
- try to get around usage limits, security measures or Meta's rate limits;
- use the service in a way that breaks Instagram's or Facebook's terms and policies.
4. Your content
The keywords, messages and replies you write stay yours. You give us permission to store them and send them on your behalf only to run the service. You are responsible for what your automations send.
5. Meta platforms
Heyola works through Meta's official Instagram and Facebook tools and is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta. You must also follow Meta's terms and policies. Meta can change or limit its tools at any time (for example how many messages can be sent per hour, or which comments can get a reply), which may affect what Heyola can do. We are not responsible for those changes.
6. Plans and payment
Heyola is prepaid: you buy message credits and each private message Heyola sends uses one credit. Prices, the free messages for new accounts and the minimum top-up are shown on our pricing page. There is no subscription and credits don't expire while your account is open. If a message fails to send, its credit is returned. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects you, and credits you already bought keep working. When your credits run out, private messages pause until you add more.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Heyola and delete your data at any time (see delete my data). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, other users or Meta's platforms at risk.
8. No guarantees
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every comment will receive a message.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll let you know by email or in the app. Using Heyola after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
