Delete your data

You can remove your data at any time.

Remove one Instagram account or Facebook Page

Sign in to Heyola, open your dashboard and click Remove on the account. Its access token, settings and message history are deleted right away.

Remove Heyola's access from Instagram

In the Instagram app go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove Heyola. We will no longer be able to read comments or send messages.

Remove Heyola's access from Facebook

On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove Heyola. We will no longer be able to read your Page's comments or send messages.

Delete your whole account

Email kerenpro@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete your account and all related data within 30 days.
