Privacy Policy

Heyola helps Instagram Business and Creator accounts and Facebook Pages send an automatic direct message to people who comment a chosen keyword on their posts and reels. This policy explains what data we handle.
What we collect
Your Heyola account: your email address and sign-in details.
Connected Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages: the account or Page ID, name, profile picture and an access token issued by Meta, which lets us read comments and send messages on your behalf.
Comments that match your keyword: the commenter's username and ID, the comment text, and whether our message was delivered. We only store comments that matched your keyword.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: detecting keyword comments, sending the message you wrote, and showing you a history of sent messages. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Data is sent to Meta (Instagram and Facebook) to deliver messages, and stored with our hosting provider. We don't share it with anyone else.
Retention & deletion
Removing an Instagram account or Facebook Page from your dashboard deletes its access token and message history immediately. See our data deletion page to delete everything.
Contact
